About this Role

This Sub Agent position offers an opportunity to join a major Tier 1 contractor delivering a landmark highways infrastructure project in Norfolk. You will oversee the planning, site management, technical execution, and handover of a key section of major road improvement works.

• Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineering teams to enable efficient daily execution.

• Oversee temporary works design briefs, inspect designs, and handle technical queries (TQs).

• Develop lookahead programs, track section progress, and create detailed execution plans.

• Generate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), manage material approvals, and maintain site records.

About You

You are a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer with a strong civil engineering background and proven site supervision capabilities on major infrastructure schemes.

• Hold a Degree or HND in Civil Engineering alongside relevant vocational training.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and contract administration.

• Hold essential credentials: an active CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.

• Show proven capability in temporary works, lookahead programming, and subcontractor oversight.
