About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading manufacturing company based in Solihull. You will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all components meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on machines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the engineering and quality teams to resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a precision engineering environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
