Junior Workshop Engineer

Hours: Days, Full time, permanent

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing engineering team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, eager to learn and interested in developing a long term career within engineering and manufacturing. No welding experience is required as full training will be provided across multiple workshop processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drilling tasks on various materials
• Tube bending and shaping components
• Deburring work to ensure clean and accurate finishes
• Cleaning and preparing parts for powder coating
• Press brake training provided for suitable candidates
• General workshop duties and assisting skilled engineers

Desirable Experience

• Driving experience is advantageous
• Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential
• Any hands on workshop or engineering background is an advantage
