Our client is a growing construction company based in Sydney’s west
The client is looking for a Payroll and Payroll and Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing finance team – reporting into the finance manager you will be responsible for end-to-end Payroll for over 100 employees and managing the Accounts Payable process
The Role:
- End to end Payroll processing
- Calculation and payment of termination/redundancy payments, salary increases etc
- Liaising with employees and management on payroll related queries and liaising with external auditors as required
- Timely review and processing of new starter documentation
- Ensure year end reconciliations on Payroll tax, Superannuation, PAYG and LSL are accurately completed
- End-to-end management of Accounts Payable
- Setting up new suppliers
- Seeking invoice approvals
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Generating payment runs weekly and end of month
- Account and credit card reconciliation

Requirements:
- End to end Payroll experience
- Experience processing Payroll within the Construction Industry strongly considered
- End to end Accounts Payable experience
