I am currently recruiting for an Experienced Electrical BMS Package Manager to work on site on mixed use project in Central London.
My client is a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK. They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.

The successful candidate will join an already established Construction team on the Construction phase of this project. The project is a Mechanical & Electrical installation and has a project value in excess of £25 Million.
 
BMS Package Manager Roles and Responsibilities are to:

To be able to understand and Manage the Programme including the following
Excellent understanding of BMS and Electrical systems
Design management
Health and Safety must be an integral part of your planning and programme management
Confident to be able to liaise with the Client
Inspect and check the quality of Install
Commercial Management – i.e. recording progress meeting, understanding risk
 
BMS Package Manager will have the following Experience:

Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
Experience working with Contractors
