• Lead and develop a team of 30+ advanced analytics professionals across multiple squads
• Drive analytics strategy that delivers measurable commercial value and competitive advantage
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate complex problems into analytical solutions
• Build and scale analytics capability through talent development and modern ways of working
• Champion advanced analytics methodologies including traditional and emerging AI capabilities
• Work collaboratively across product, technology, and business functions in a matrix environment

• Proven leadership of large teams (30+) with strong people development track record
