We are looking for a Specialist in corporate law for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: La Défense, France

Experience Required:

• The mission is based within the Legal and Agreements Directorate of the EP in an international environment. There are more than 350 EP companies, including about 110 companies under French law, which are involved in exploration, production and CCS/NBS operations, mainly carried out outside France.

Objectives and deliverables

• The mission consists of directly and autonomously managing a portfolio of 25 French companies (public limited companies (SA) and simplified joint stock companies (SAS)). It also consists of taking care of the follow-up of a French-speaking foreign company.
• It will also be necessary to organise the campaign for the signing of paper registers (register of minutes of boards of directors, general meetings, sole shareholder decisions, registers of securities movements) for the entire portfolio of companies, and to organise the sale of shares that take place in the event of a change of corporate officer in the SA and the signing of attendance sheets at general meetings.
