Our client is a long-established Nursing Home Group based in Mayo is looking for Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to assume responsibility for the care of residents for their home
About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. The post holder must be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to resident focused care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will assume responsibility for the day-to-day clinical management of the nursing home, while co-ordinating the care and activities of the residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role.
Role responsibilities:
O Quality of Care Responsibilities
O Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
O Co-ordinate resident activities
O Work within HIQA regulations
Role requirements:
O Candidates must be registered with NMBI.
O Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
O Excellent communication and people skills.
O Sound decision making ability.
O Experience in care of the elderly.
