Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care, assess patient needs, and implement personalised care plans.
• Clinical Practice: Perform specialized ICU procedures, administer medications, and ensure adherence to infection control measures.
• Documentation & Communication: Accurately document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
• Professional Development: Support the induction and training of new staff and engage in continuous learning.
Qualifications:
• NMBI Registered General Nurse with acute hospital experience.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in ICU settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
