Our client is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In his role, you will report to the Sales Director and Customer Service Manager, providing essential product and service information to new and existing customers. Your ability to resolve emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining high standards in order processing and cost management will be crucial. A strong customer focus is essential.


Responsibilities:

• Support the internal and external Sales Team
• Manage incoming customer enquiries (via phone or email) promptly
• Handle customer queries, collaborating with the QC Department for accurate solutions
• Issue quotations and process orders
• Build rapport with customers to successfully manage accounts
• Liaise between customers, sales representatives, and accounts to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms
• Achieve goals and KPI targets set by the Sales Director


Skills:

• Proven customer support experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Take responsibility and initiative in your role
• Familiarity with MIS or similar systems and practices
• Proficiency with essential software packages for the role
• Knowledge of LEAN principles is advantageous but not required
