About the Role

We are recruiting for multiple Payroll Officer and Senior Payroll Officer positions across a variety of organisations. These roles are well suited to payroll professionals who thrive in high-volume, deadline driven environments and are confident managing end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly payroll
• Manage payroll across multi-site and/or multi-entity environments
• Process leave entitlements including annual, personal, long service and parental leave
• Calculate terminations, redundancies, back pays and adjustments
• Interpret and apply complex EBAs, Awards and payroll legislation
• Ensure accurate superannuation, tax and compliance obligations are met
• Respond to payroll queries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support payroll reporting and month-end processes where required
• Maintain high levels of accuracy within strict payroll deadlines

About You

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and EBAs
• Confident managing high-volume payrolls in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work to strict timeframes
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
