We are recruiting for an experienced MI Manager to join a successful business in Gateshead. Our client supports UK industry ensuring that businesses can keep moving and deliver goods safely on the roads. This full-time role, based within a contact centre, comes with an excellent salary of £36,000 and benefits package.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the purpose of this role is to produce and develop business reports and MI for management, clients, and associated stakeholders to measure performance and drive results within operational areas. In addition, the MI Manger will have the ability to turn raw data into meaningful results to help drive decision making by identifying various facts and trends. The role is full time, 40 hours per week within business core hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

This role will suit a Senior MI Analyst with management experience or an MI Manager, and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for producing regular reports and analysis.
  • Proactively reviewing all MI and making appropriate recommendations for improvement that deliver business benefit, creating a team environment of continuous improvement.
  • Extracting and manipulating data, producing MI reports, and interpreting results.
  • Ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the data warehouse is maintained at all times and the business has total confidence in the reports produced.
  • Understanding and interpreting reporting requirements within the Management Team.
  • Setting up procedures to enable efficient production of information.
  • Ensuring clarity of information provided through concise summaries and explanations where required.
  • Ensuring accuracy of information provided.
  • Liaising with the Management Team, clients and stakeholders to facilitate their understanding of MI provided.
  • Proactively promoting improved methods of measurement.
  • Producing meaningful commentary on trends and analysis of customer contact.
  • Providing analysis and reports that turn data into meaningful insight, ensuring relevant recommendations and commentary are effectively communicated to the target audience.
  • Analysing data from multiple sources and asking relevant questions to ensure reporting accuracy.

 

Applicants for the Management Information Manager role must have:

  • Solid experience of Management Information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be highly proficient in MS Excel
