The scope of works includes patent drafting, dealing with office actions, patent searches, freedom-to-operate studies, and general patent consultation for clients. The jurisdictions involved are primarily Hong Kong, Mainland China, USA and EPO

Independently work on patent cases from drafting to grant, as well as handling client relationships.

Having good knowledge about US and Chinese patent laws.

Language ability to read and write in Chinese and English.

Being able to draft patent applications in English.
