A fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced busy environment where you will play a pivotal role in the day to day scheduling administration and general coordination of Field based Technical Engineers. We are seeking an organised, methodical, accurate individual that can work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.

 

To provide administrative support and scheduling services to a mixed team of personnel across the Group aftersales field team members

  • Key scheduler for field team daily activities
    • Scheduling appointments & travel up to 2 years in advance
    • Travel arrangements - arranging flights/hotels/Visa’s etc. for Engineers
    • Scheduling of day-to-day work activities for a team of Field Engineers
    • Scheduling activities for other field teams to cover absence and sickness
    • Generate and maintain the field schedule for the field team
    • Work with the Aftersales team to effect efficient job planning
  • Personnel Support
    • Managing Engineer's Holidays, sickness,
    • Support the welfare of the field team members under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager and Field Manager
    • Provide administrative support for the field engineers
    • Report on field activities to the Service Manager where required
    • Liaise with the Technical Support Manager and the Field Managers regarding field activities
    • Report on KPIs as required by the Service Manager
    • Advise on training requirements for field team members
  • Aftersales Administration
    • Creation of quotes for internal and external customers
    • Service database maintenance
    • Liaise with customers as necessary to carry out the role
  • Actively contribute towards safety improvements where relevant to your field of knowledge
  • Carry out duties as required by the company in the business' interest

 

Key Skills

  • Strong geography skills & understanding
  • Experience ideally in a fast paced Field Coordinator/Scheduler role
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, organisational skills, relationship management & good time management
  • Strong all round IT skills with Microsoft Office, and ideally with CRMs & databases
  • Must be able to prioritise a very busy work load
  • Strong communication skills
