Salesforce Solutions Architect & Consultant (Cloud) - Permanent (14067538/001) West Midlands, England

Salary:	GBP75000 - GBP100000 per annum + Benefits

3 - 5 years' minimum working in a Solutions Consultant or Pre-sales Solutions Architect position with some experience using the Salesforce Platform
Ability to travel both Nationally and Internationally as required
Must have experience working on multiple, customer facing, Salesforce (Cloud) implementation projects/programmes (and ideally experience working with other bespoke products)
Candidates must have full e2e SDLC Product Lifecycle experience
Must possess an innate ability to manage and influence customer expectations linked to realistic Salesforce CRM functionality for a positive customer experience and fit-for-purpose solution
Ideally 10 years’ experience working in an IT Project and Product environment in a Consulting role
Superlative workshop facilitation techniques with an engaging and organised approach
Ability to manage a team of business analysts, 3rd parties and senior stakeholders
Consultative approach and experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
