The basics:

Job Title: TIG Welder  

Pay: up to £20.65 per hour

Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday (7.30am - 4.30pm) and Friday (7.30am to 12.30pm)

Contracted hours per week: 39hrs.

Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday

Holidays/Benefits: Holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit – 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% - Pension.

Overview:

We are now looking for an additional TIG welder to join the team working within a first class precision engineering environment.

The ideal candidate / TIG welder may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Previous TIG welding experience
• Worked with Stainless Steel, Titanium and Nickel alloys.
• Comfortable working with thing gauge sheet metal 1.2mm.

Commutable from Redditch, Alcester, Warwick and surrounding areas.
