The basics:

Role: Mechanical Fitter – maintenance

Industry: Manufacturing

Shift: Monday to Friday Nights 10pm-6am, Afternoons 2pm/10pm, Mornings/6am-2pm

Salary: up to £47,150 per annum + overtime = earnings of £53k and upwards achievable

Overtime rates: Paid at x1.5 on Saturdays & x2 on Sundays

Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Discretionary Bonus Scheme, 25 days holiday per annum.

Overview:

Working for a large manufacturing business that have sites across the globe we now require a Mechanical Fitter to join the team.

The ideal candidate / Mechanical Fitter may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Level 3 qualified or above
• Previous experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing, production/similar.
• Competent – welding/fabrication of chutes
• Electrically competent changing like for like parts – sensors, motors – Electrical training and certifications can be provided by the company for the willing candidate.
