The basics:

Shift: 4on 4off 6-6 days and nights rotation

Job title: Maintenance Engineer – (Both mechanical OR electrical skill sets are considered)

Overtime: 1.5 Mon-Fri and double on Sundays

Holidays: 20 days

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the UK you will be working in a clean, modern manufacturing environment that will involve projects, installations along with planned and re-active maintenance.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

• To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
• Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns
• PPM's

The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Time served apprenticeship
• Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc.
• Previous experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment – both mechanical and/or electrical skills are considered.
