The basics:

Job Title: TIG Welder

Role: Permanent

Environment: Precision Engineering

Location: Derby

Pay: £18 to £20.00 per hour DOE + OT = £42,000 and upwards achievable

Shift: Monday-Thursday (7.30am - 4.00pm) and Fridays (7.30am - 12.30pm)

Contracted hours per week: 39hrs

Holidays/Benefits: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, Pension 5%, Annual Pay increase each year

Overview:

We are now looking for an additional TIG Welder to join the team. You will be working in clean, modern, purpose-built manufacturing facilities for a company that produce precision engineered components for sectors such as Aerospace, Oil and Gas.

The ideal candidate / TIG Welder may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Previous TIG welding experience with aluminium is essential – thin gauge welding
• Comfortable working with 1mm to 4mm metal sheet
