My client is a global, listed multibillion dollar business with a large finance team based in Macquarie Park, seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
This is a hybrid role, working from the office and from home, and offering flexible working hours. It will initially be a 6 month contract position and will then be converted to full time permanent.
The role
- Processing invoices into ERP System
- Setting up vendors
- Processing payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and accounts
- Following up with internal stakeholders for approvals
- Dealing with supplier enquiries
The requirements
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Experience with large ERP systems
