The role
- Ensure all accounts receivable are collected and controlled according to policies and procedures
- Minimise overall debt levels and individual debt risk for current and new customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer payment history and correspondence
- Ensure accurate customer records are kept
- Receipt and allocate payments
- Reconcile customer's accounts
The requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Collections/AR experience essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
