MEGT Australia (Ltd) make's apprenticeships and traineeships happen! Working with our client Techtronic, we are looking for dedicated, focused and customer service orientated candidates to complete a traineeship with a world leader in cordless power! This is an opportunity to gain full time, paid work whilst working towards a CERT 3 in Supply Chain Operations!

Successful candidates will be inducted as an MEGT Trainee and will be working on site with Techtronic. You also will have the ongoing support of a dedicated MEGT Field Officer.

What will you be doing?

The Workshop Administrator will work as part of the service operations team dedicated to supporting the Internal Service Centre.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Accepting tools for drop off via direct customers or freight and organising outgoing freight
• Allocating ordered spare parts with relevant service claims and maintaining goods receipts
• Maintaining records and allocating incoming spare parts stock on hand to correct locations
• All necessary warehouse duties (Unpack, pack, forklift operation and etc..)
• Act as point of contact for service centre’s customer enquiries, provide customers and retailers with on their warranty claims over the phone and emails
• Performing Ad-hoc duties as requested by management

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Forklift Licence (desired, but not essential)
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
• Someone who is honest and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
• Fully vaccinated against Covid19
