We're Hiring: Tenant Liaison Officer

Pay rate: £16-17 per hour UMBRELLA PAY
Duration: September 2026 - March 2027

We are hiring for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Preston, starting in September until March 2027. This scheme is a kitchens scheme so previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.

Duties of the Tenant Liaison Officer include:

• Pre-entry visits and company inductions
• Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
• Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
• Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
• Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
• Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
• Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
• Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
• Monitor customer satisfaction

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.

Tenant Liaison experience is preferable but not essential!

 What's on offer

• £16.00-17.00 per hour
• Weekly pay on Friday
