They assess 28 trade occupations and more than 360 professional occupations from various industries.

Their portfolio of services expands to include educational research and consultation on assessment standards, test design and curriculum development.

About the Role

The Case Manager plays an integral part in providing information to the assigned customers.

The Case Manager manages all communications including progress of application status, requesting additional documentation and other information relating to assessment protocols and processes.

This role is a 3month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Duties:

  • Attend to incoming customer and agent communication (phone, email, etc) in a timely and efficient manner, answering all queries.
  • Perform document checks in accordance with standard processes.
  • Assist with data entry for paper-based applications lodged with SRGO and VET.
  • Ensure applicant database is maintained with accurate and up to date information.
  • Assist with application status updates.
  • Provide an environment in which customer service is valued and delivered
  • Ensure a high level of privacy and confidentiality is maintained for all information handled
  • Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the function by proposing solutions to issues and contributing to change implementation.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management.
  • The ability to administer a range of processes, including maintenance of electronic files, accurate use of and continuous improvement of databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email and, portraying a professional image at all times.
  • Experience working to tight timeframes with good time management skills.
  • Great Team player
  • An understanding of the importance to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with initiative, maturity and minimal supervision.
  • High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
