Production Operative – Night Shift

Contract: Temporary
Start: Immediate
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 6am

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client on a temporary basis, working a night shift.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Operating production machinery safely and correctly.
• Following work instructions and maintaining production times.
• Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Finishing, assembling and packing products as required.
• Using hand tools and secondary equipment safely.
• Correctly labelling and packing finished products.
• Recording production information accurately.
• Following correct machine start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

About You

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who:

• Have good attention to detail.
• Can follow instructions and work to set procedures.
• Are comfortable working night shifts.
• Have a good attitude and are willing to learn.
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
