Customer Service Advisor – Full-time position
This is an exciting opportunity to join a our team in our office in Goring by Sea (Worthing area) for World Of Books company.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:
- Previous customer service experience across all communication channels
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English
- Planning and time management experience and work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to details

- Salary: £ 9.23 p/h
- Full time: 4 days during the week (9am to 5pm), one day during the weekend.
- Location: Goring by Sea – Worthing

Responsibilities Of A Customer Service Advisor
- Managing all email communication with customers through email, phone, and live chat.
- Logging and solving customer complaints within the parameters of company processes
- Raise and issuing refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records
- Liaising with Customer Service Team Leaders to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes
- Administrative duties as and when they are required
- Learning about the organisations products and services and keeping up to date with any relevant changes
- Attend departmental meetings as and when required
- Some manual handling required as you may be tasked with searching for unfound orders and inquires.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as and when required
