At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading retail group in Kirton in Lindsey. This role involves picking heavy goods, managing inbound stock, and ensuring warehouse efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:
• 05:00 - 14:00, Weekend, Fixed

Pay Rates:
• 13.55 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative Weekends:
• Physically fit for standing for long periods and heavy lifting of goods over 25kg
• Capable of bending, reaching, crouching, and stretching
• Able to push and pull loads exceeding 25kg
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday starting at 05:00
• Own transport is essential due to shift times and lack of public transport; must live within a 35-40 minute drive
• Good level of communication in English

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative Weekends:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems

Role for Warehouse Operative Weekends:
• Picking heavy goods using a manual pump truck, working individually or in small teams
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Handling inbound stock and performing putaway duties
• Maintaining general warehouse hygiene and safety standards
