Warehouse Operative PM shift - Kettering

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM shift to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift patterns:
• 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Weekend availability is mandatory.
• The schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

Pay rates:
• £16.47 hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative PM shift:
• Lifting up to 25kg on a daily basis.

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy to meet and exceed site pick targets.
• Safely stacking items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit.
• Performing general housekeeping to keep the work area clean and safe.
