Warehouse Operative - Pontarddulais

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading company in the publishing and logistics sector in Pontarddulais. This role involves ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, whilst maintaining high standards of efficiency and workplace organisation.

Shift patterns:
• 06:00 - 18:00, Monday to Sunday, Fixed shifts.

Pay rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Own transport recommended as there is no public transport available to the site.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to pick and pack items using a voice headset.
• Physical stamina to walk for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25kg.
• Excellent timekeeping, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
• Adaptability to change.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing.
• Previous experience using voice picking headsets.
