Forklift Driver PM - Dunstable

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver PM to work with a leading retail distribution company in Dunstable. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on picking and packing tasks using an FLT Reach truck.

Shift Patterns:
• Any 5 out of 7 days

Pay Rates:
• 15.87 GBP hourly

Requirements for Forklift Driver PM:
• 6-12 months of forklift driving experience
• Experience with reach trucks
• Ability to load and unload goods safely
• Competence in pallet handling and stacking
• Knowledge of pedestrian safety and hazard identification
• Ability to complete pre-use machinery checks
• Good level of English

Desirable Skills for Forklift Driver PM:
• Additional forklift licenses
• Training in manual handling and working at height
• Previous experience in the retail industry
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Capacity to work well under pressure
• Willingness to support picking and other departments

Role for Forklift Driver PM:
• Operate FLT Reach trucks to move stock efficiently
• Perform picking and packing duties within a busy warehouse
• Ensure safe load handling and stacking of pallets
• Conduct regular pre-use machinery checks
• Assist in various warehouse departments as required
