At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Evenings to work with a leading company in the food sector in Linton.

Shift Patterns:

• 4-day on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off

Pay Rates:

• £14.15 hourly

Requirements for Production Operative Evenings:

• Own transport is required due to the site's location.
• No qualifications needed.
• Processing and packing products to required orders, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork meat.
• Being available to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative Evenings:

• Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative Evenings:

• Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and adhere to strict food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with hygiene regulations.
• Assist with the packing and labelling of finished products.
