Warehouse Operative - Pontarddulais

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with Macmillan UK in Pontarddulais. You will be responsible for the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring high standards of efficiency and workplace organization while maintaining a consistent pace to meet operational targets.

Shift Patterns:
• 06:00 - 18:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Own transport recommended as no public transport is available to the site
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to pick and pack items using a voice headset
• Ability to walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Good timekeeping, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• Adaptable to change

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing
• Previous experience using voice picking headsets
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina and fitness
• Strong safety-conscious attitude
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for problem-solving
