Team Leader - Southampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with a leading logistics company in Southampton. You will support daily warehouse operations in Millbrook, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Shift patterns:
• Shifts rotate every 2 weeks: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Pay rates:
• £13.65  hourly

Must-have requirements for Team Leader:
• Previous team leader experience
• Good general IT literacy with knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proactive and hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work full-time on site

Desirable requirements for Team Leader:
• Ability to motivate others
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
• Effective problem-solving skills

Role for Team Leader:
• Lead and support warehouse teams to achieve daily targets
• Allocate tasks and monitor individual and team performance
• Support shipment processes and maintain high levels of stock accuracy
• Ensure all safety protocols and service levels are consistently met
