Warehouse Operative - Southampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with Delamode in Southampton. This role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring that customer stock is handled accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Shift Patterns:
• 22:00 - 06:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed
• Rotational shifts: 06:00–14:00 for two weeks, then 14:00–22:00 for the following two weeks.

Pay Rates:
• 15.25 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Candidates must be permitted to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work the specified rotational shifts.
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive manual tasks, including heavy lifting and handling items.
• Ability to stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Basic level of English communication and reading is required.
• Must have safety shoes.
• Check the commute distance and available transport to the site at Reedsway, Southampton, SO15 0GN.
