Production Operative - Swinton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading bakery company in Swinton. This role is essential to the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.

Shift Patterns:
• 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off
• 6pm and 6am start, 4 shifts a week including weekends

Pay Rates:
• 12.88 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:
• Good English level in communication, reading and writing
• Ability to work full time

• Flexibility approached to shift changes
• Experience in food production, hygiene, or warehouse environment
