Warehouse operative - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse operative to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks to support daily operations.

Shift patterns:
• Monday to Friday Rotational shifts Days/Afters (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate after 37.5 hours worked
• Overtime paid at 2x rate applies at the client's discretion for working a 7th day in a week, if applicable

Requirements for Warehouse operative:
• Availability to work full-time as this is not a job for students

Role for Warehouse operative:
• Perform pallet rework and stock repacking
• Handle general warehouse duties including loading and unloading
• Engage in manual handling and heavy lifting as required
• Maintain warehouse hygiene standards
• Participate in forklift training and operation
