Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers while working as part of a dedicated team.

Shift patterns:
• Flexibility required
• Sunday to Saturday: 14:00 till 22:00

Pay rates:
• 12.91 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed
• Basic English and Math level
• Available 40 hours a week
• Not on a student Visa

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and working to targets
• Good record of attendance in previous roles
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures
• Previous manual handling experience
• Team player with good communication, punctuality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude
