Warehouse Operative - Weldon

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading toy retailer in Weldon. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring high standards of safety and inventory management.

Shift patterns:
• 5 or 6 days out of 7 (weekly rota provided)
• Shifts available from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available

Pay rates:
• 12.80 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Own transport is required due to the location of the site

Skills requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment

Role for Warehouse Operative:
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff members
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies promptly
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse floor
• Perform detailed checks on high-value items to ensure security
• Report any damage, incidents, or accidents to the relevant supervisor
• Maintain a strong understanding of health and safety protocols
