Warehouse Operative - Weldon

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading toy retailer in Weldon. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, ensuring that high-quality products are handled with care and reach our customers efficiently.

Shift patterns:
• 5 or 6 days out of 7 (weekly rota provided)
• Shifts available: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available

Pay rates:
• £12.80  hourly

Role tasks for Warehouse Operative:
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Conduct thorough checks on high-value items to ensure accuracy and security.
• Report any damage, incidents, or accidents immediately to the appropriate person.
