Shift patterns:
• 07:00 - 15:00
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Fixed shift pattern

Pay rates:
• 14.51 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Flow Coordinator:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, security, and health and safety standards.
• Demonstrable experience of taking accountability for operational outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems for stock holding and inventory checks.

Role for Flow Coordinator:
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and ensure productivity targets are consistently met.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
