HGV driver - Bristol

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV driver to work with a leading logistics partner in Bristol. This role involves completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance.

Shift patterns:
• Regular roster of 4 on 4 off shift
• Availability for 6PM - 5:30AM

Pay rates:
• 20.13 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for HGV driver:
• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery environments
• Eligibility for an airside pass, including a 5-year background check and DBS clearance
• Strong knowledge of driving laws, health and safety regulations, and tachograph rules
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in time-critical environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow routes while adapting to changes

Role for HGV driver:
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Manage delivery paperwork and Proof of Delivery documentation
• Follow planned routes to ensure timely and safe multi-drop deliveries
• Maintain strict compliance with transport regulations and health and safety standards
