Cargo Operative - Castle Donington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cargo Operative to work with a leading logistics company at East Midlands Airport. You will play a vital role in ensuring parcels are accurately sorted for distribution within a fast-paced airport environment. Please note that all candidates must complete aviation vetting checks, including DBS and ID verification, which we facilitate free of charge. While a valid Cargo Operative (C.O.) certificate is required, we provide full training to help you obtain this qualification.

Shift Patterns:
• MON-FRI 2100-0530hrs FIXED.
• Some flexibility may be required during busy periods.

Pay Rates:
• 16.54 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Cargo Operative:
• Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Must have some previous warehousing experience.

Desirable Requirements for Cargo Operative:
• 3 months of previous warehouse experience is preferred, though full training will be provided to suitable candidates.
