Hygiene Operative - Corby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corby. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the production environment to ensure food quality and compliance.

Shift patterns:
• 5 nights out of 7, including weekends

Pay rates:
• 14.00 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Hygiene Operative:
• Own transport
• Availability to work 5 evenings out of seven, including weekends
• Availability to follow a weekly rota

Desirable requirements for Hygiene Operative:
• Experience in Hygiene roles is advantageous
• Team player and good attendance
• Punctual and good communication skills

Role for Hygiene Operative:
• Carry out post-production cleaning in line with hygiene procedures, GMP and KPIs
• Ensure food safety, quality and compliance at all times
• Work safely following H&S procedures, JTAs and PPE requirements
• Liaise proactively with hygiene leaders and report issues promptly
• Maintain site security and personal hygiene
