Dispatch Checker - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dispatch Checker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every picked pallet is accurate and ready for dispatch, maintaining high standards of quality control before goods leave the site.

Shift patterns:
• Monday - Friday 14.00-22.00
• Monday - Friday 22.00-06.00 (pay rate: 15.18 GBP hourly)

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Dispatch Checker:
• Attention to detail
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Available for full-time work, minimum 5 days/week (40 hours)
• Commute distance within 40 minutes

Desirable requirements for Dispatch Checker:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Punctual, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to work as part of a team or at own initiative

Role for Dispatch Checker:
• Check every picked pallet before dispatch and loading
• Split down case-pick pallets and accurately count stock
• Verify quantities against dispatch notes to identify errors
• Communicate any discrepancies to the relevant warehouse teams
