Production Operative - Linton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with Pilgrim's UK in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift patterns:
• 4 days on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off

Pay rates:
• 13.10 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• Own transport is required due to the site's location (postcode: CB21 4JD) as there is no public transport available.
• No formal qualifications are needed.
• Processing and packing products to required orders, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of fresh meat products, including pork meat.
• Being available to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
• Process and pack fresh meat products, including mixing, blending, packing, and labelling of pork meat.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to efficient operational performance.
• Work collaboratively within a production team.
