Production Operative - Swinton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading bakery company in Swinton. This role is vital to the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation in a dynamic work environment.

Shift patterns:
• 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off
• 6pm and 6am start
• 4 shifts a week including weekends

Pay rates:
• 12.88 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• Good English level in communication, reading and writing is required.
• Ability to work full time.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
• Flexibility approached to shift changes.
• Experience in food production, hygiene, or a warehouse environment.
