Warehouse Operative - Aylesford

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading fashion retailer in Aylesford. You will support a busy distribution operation by managing online customer orders, ensuring quality, and maintaining stock accuracy.

Shift Patterns:
• 08:00 - 20:00, Monday to Sunday, Fixed shifts.

Pay Rates:
• 12.71 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Basic English communication skills
• General computer skills
• Good packing skills with a focus on neat and presentable packing

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative:
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment experience
• Experience working with fashion or retail products
• Previous picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
