At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. This role involves handling products during night shifts, ensuring accurate picking and packing, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns:
• Sunday - 22:00 till 06:00 (overtime)
• Monday - 22:00 till 06:00
• Tuesday - 22:00 till 06:00
• Wednesday - 22:00 till 06:00
• Thursday - 22:00 till 06:00
• Friday - 22:00 till 06:00
• Saturday - 22:00 till 06:00 (Overtime)
• Flexibility is required for this role.

Pay Rates:
• 13.91 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks.
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully.
• Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed.
• Basic English and Math proficiency.
• Available for 40 hours per week.
• Must not be on a student visa.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven record of good attendance in previous roles.
• Experience working to targets and maintaining high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Previous MHE experience.
• Team player, good communication, punctual, proactive, and adaptable to change.
