At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. This role involves handling products during night shifts, ensuring accurate picking and packing, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns:
• Sunday - Saturday: 22:00 till 06:00 (Flexibility required)

Pay Rates:
• 13.91 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:
• Willingness to learn daily tasks
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Teamwork and helping coworkers
• Basic English and Math levels
• Available 40 hours a week
• Not on a student visa

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:
• Long-term work availability
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attendance record
• Experience working to targets
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures
• MHE experience
• Team player, good communication, punctual, proactive, and adaptable to change
