FLT Picker - Part Time - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an FLT Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including operating machinery and managing stock to ensure efficient operations.

Shift patterns:
• Monday-Friday: 06.00-10.00, 10.00-14.00, 14.00-18.00, or 18.00-22.00
• Saturday & Sunday: 06.00-14.00 or 06.00-18.00
• Other part-time shifts available to be discussed during the interview

Pay rates:
• 13.20 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for FLT Picker:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous warehouse experience or willingness to undergo full forklift picking training
• Own transport if living outside the Worksop area
• Travel time within 40 minutes of the site
• Physically fit for manual handling duties

Desirable requirements for FLT Picker:
• Valid forklift licence or recent experience on Reach Truck, VNA truck, or similar equipment
• Strong team player with a flexible approach to work
• High level of self-awareness, responsibility, and duty of care

Role for FLT Picker:
• Operate FLT Reach, VNA, and PPT equipment
• Perform pallet and case picking tasks
• Manage stock reallocation and replenishment
• Handle loading and unloading of goods
• Complete general warehouse duties, including picking and packing
